This is a great movie. It's about Brad Pitt who is the General Manager for the Oakland A's. It's up to him to win games with an extremely limited budget. The movie starts out with Bradd Pitt as Billy Bean and an Oakland team that has just lost it's three main players to the New York Yankees. He hires Jonah Hill to help him out as a statistical analyis, and to be the assistant General Manager. The movie also has Philip Seymour Hoffman playing Art Howe the manager for the Oakland A's. It's amazing some of the problems the characters in this movie run into and how they overcome those problems. Moneyball is based on a true story. In my opinion, even if you don't like baseball or baseball movies, you'll love Monebyall! |

Note: Even though the quality of this version is a lot better than the one above, in all reality, it is completely horrible. The sound is not synced up correctly for some reason. I could only watch 3 minutes of this version before turning it off. But, to each their own. Until I can get a better copy of Moneyball, this will have to do.

Moneyball takes place in Oakland during their 2002 season. If you don't like this movie there is something wrong with you. As I said, it doesn't matter if you're a fan of baseball movies or not, you will love watching Moneyball.
