Nintendo Speed Runs

Remember the kid growing up who was better at playing Nintendo than you were? Or, were you that kid? Well these videos will destroy that memory forever. The goal of a speed run is not to collect points or beat all the levels but instead it's about finishing the game as quickly as possible. These are some of the most popular speed runs from the old school Nintendo. So much nostalgia!

~ Super Mario Brothers ~

I gotta start with Super Mario Brothers. This guy beats it in only 4 minutes and 59 seconds! This is not a tool assisted speedrun.

~ Metroid ~

Metroid - No loss of life! The guy doesn't get hit once throughout the entire game! The video posted here is just the last 10 minutes or so. You can watch it from the beginning here.
