What ever happened to the integrity of the candidates that run for office? I don't remember it always being this bad. It's like seeing a downward spiral of Idiocracy that just continues to get worse and worse. The statements coming from some of these GOP & Tea Party members are getting more and more ridiculous as the days go on. scientist, but I think you're wrong. A simple Google search can answer this question. She also says random statements, based on nothing, to further her extreme right-wing agenda. Yesterday she said that China has blinded United States satellites with their lasers. Seriously. The other day she spoke to the media about the HPV vaccine. Backmann was quoted as saying, "I will tell you that I had a mother last night come up to me here in Tampa, Fla., after the debate,” Bachmann explained. “She told me that her little daughter took that vaccine, that injection, and she suffered from mental retardation thereafter." Since saying this every scientist and doctor out there has bashed her about that statement. But the people she tells this to don't care. As long as the statement looks bad for the other side, that's all that matters. Some of those people will actually learn the real truth and they'll still believe what the nutball politician said or just look the other way entirely. Maybe they figure once he or she gets caught in a lie, what's another lie, as long as it supports the cause who cares huh? Bachmann also has no problem telling people, that she doesn't know and will probably never meet, how to live their own live. She obviously knows what's best for them. If the bible thumpers don't like gays, tell them that she can work with god directly in curing the gays. She is even kind enough to cure her own husband by helping him become straight. Now that's what I call true love! With the infinitely expanding universe, the infinite amount of stars and planets, the infinite amount of other planets that could harbor life, the 6 billion people on this planet..... I'm sure god really cares what we do with our genitalia. Only in America can someone this crazy and out of touch with society become President of the United States.
