From Cleverbot (our responses in red):
I am writing this email to ask you to stop. Withdraw the CleverOmegle page at iywib.com.
This battle has been a huge waste of my time, and has caused me to break proper Cleverbot serving with considerable frequency.
Now who's fault is that really?
You have been occupying expensive server time - Cleverbot requires FAR more processor time than any normal web serving.
How is this any different than people visiting your site?
You have exposed my internal-only API to anyone with a Java decompiler.
You have ignored explicit statements on site and in code that what you were doing is not allowed - you have hacked.
And it was quite easy.
You have fed Cleverbot rubbish data from users who I don't want to teach it, ever.
The data was from real people expecting a real person. The ultimate turing test, my friend! You should give thanks for relevant data other than expresions such as "are you cleverbot?", "I am cleverbot", and <insert meme here>.
You have allowed people to snoop on others in a highly unpleasant way.
Can already be done with omegle-spy and people shouldn't expect any kind of privacy when using services like omegle and chat roulette.
You initially claimed to love Cleverbot, yet you have been trying hard to destroy it.
If I wanted to destroy it I would have made every cleveromegle instance run multiple conversations in the background between two cleverbots whilst jumbling their words/adding random words. I also wouldn't have blocked other bots/automations I have created on omegle. YOU ARE WELCOME FINE SIR.
Please stop now.
